• CoC approved appointment of M/s. BSR & Affiliates for FY2024-25 audit on Jan 23, 2026.
• Audit and finalisation of FY2024-25 is in progress.
• Post-completion, audit and preparation for subsequent quarters and FY ending 31 March 2026 will be undertaken.

• Dematerialisation requests for the period were confirmed to depositories by the registrar and transfer agent.
• Securities dematerialised were listed on the stock exchanges where the existing securities are listed.
• Security certificates for dematerialisation were mutilated and cancelled after verification; depository's name substituted as registered owner within timelines.
