- No scraping, bulk exporting, or automated abuse.
- No reverse engineering or bypassing security.
- No unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized use.
6. Data accuracy & no advice
Summaries can miss or misstate details. We do not provide investment advice. Verify with the source filing before relying on any content.
7. Intellectual property
We own the site, summaries, and content. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the service. No resale or redistribution.
8. Third-party services
We rely on providers like Supabase, Vercel, Render, and sign-in providers. Their terms and policies also apply.
9. Availability
The service may be interrupted, delayed, or limited. No uptime guarantee is provided.
10. Liability limitation
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to INR 100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
